Day starts with a proper breakfast which includes muesli, milk, bananas and seasonal fruit juice.
Sometimes take south Indian items for breakfast.
Lunch and dinner include lots of green vegetables; continental is favourite cuisine.

Drink plenty of water and believe in the three most important ways of keeping skin healthy, “cleansing, toning and moisturising.’’
Sleeping for eight hours is a must for me and it keeps me going the whole day long.
